Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Return eligibility:


Item must be in original, unused condition (unless return reason is a manufacturer defect). Defective items are subject to inspection by the manufacture's representative before credit can be issued. 
Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, replacement or credit to the original purchaser of the amount paid.

1. Please Complete and submit the Product information, Reason for Return Form, located under Customer Service in Returns.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a copy of the original receipt.


Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling fees are not included in any refund. 

Exchanges


You may exchange any new, unused item for the same item of a different size or color. No restocking fee will be charged, but buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Once you install your lights or accessories they are yours to keep. NO EXCEPTIONS
